DEENA KRISHNA RN, MSN, FNP Family Nurse Practitioner
Deena Krishna was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. After completing her undergraduate studies, Deena worked as a pediatric critical care nurse for eight years at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. She has also participated in the traveling nursing program and has worked at medical institutions across the southeastern U.S. In 1997 Deena attained her Masters Degree in Nursing from Tennessee State University in Nashville. She subsequently practiced family medicine for five years at a community health center in an underprivileged area of Nashville.
Deena joined Advanced Medical Center in 2003. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurse’s Credentialing Center.
