GREGORY E. LEACH MD, MBA
Medical Director
Dr. Leach born in New York State, and raised in Fort Walton Beach – located in the Florida Panhandle. After graduation from the University of Florida College of Medicine he moved to Denver, Colorado for his Residency at St Luke’s Hospital, and then served in the U.S. Public Health Service - a branch of the Uniformed Services. In this capacity Dr. Leach was assigned to the Indian Health Service and became the medical director of a PHS Medical Center located on the Navajo reservation in Arizona. After four years in the PHS, Dr. Leach moved to Denver, where he served as the Medical Director of Lutheran Emergency Medical Center. In 1985, Dr. Leach returned to Florida, and in 1988 he established Advanced Medical Center. Dr. Leach is affiliated with both Naples Community Hospital and North Collier Hospital, where he actively serves on the Community Health Partners board in an advisory capacity.
