Family Nurse Practitioner
Ms. Anderson was born in Southfield, Michigan and raised in the Chicagoland area. After completing her undergraduate degree, she held a variety of staff and charge nurse positions in critical care at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
Following graduation from UIC with her MS, Ms. Anderson joined a team at Illinois Masonic Medical Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner where she was responsible for running the Fast Track at the Level I Trauma Center.
In addition, Ms. Anderson has worked as researcher and is published in Academic Emergency Medicine in 2004. Ms Anderson is married to an ER nurse and is the mother of one son. A recent transplant to the Florida coast, she is thoroughly enjoying the weather, the ocean, the attractions – but most of all, the people.
