DAVID KUTOB MD
Family Practice

Born in New Orleans in 1958, Dr. Kutob attended the University of Arizona, Tucson for his Bachelor of Science Degree in General Biology. After completing Medical School at Tulane University, he did his Internship at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas rotating through the Surgical Subspecialties.

Moving to Florida in 1983, Dr. Kutob and his wife established their own Urgent Care Center in 1985. He practiced in the Tampa Bay area for approximately 20 years, receiving referrals from many satisfied patients, employers and insurance carriers while serving as on and off-site company doctor for several local industries and municipalities. Before joining Advanced Medical Center in 2007, Dr. Kutob practiced general medicine and urgent care as a contractor to the US Navy and Air Force. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Public Health Degree and Board Certification in Occupational Medicine.
