THEODORE CROWELL MD, FAACP
Family Practice

Dr. Crowell was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After medical school, he joined the Western Clinic in Tacoma, Washington, where he practiced family medicine for 24 years. He earned his certification from the American Board of Family Medicine Practice in 1977.

Dr. Crowell moved to Naples in 1994 to join the staff of Advanced Medical Center. He is affiliated with both Naples Community Hospital and North Collier Hospital.
